- I would highly recommend Simplistic for your bracing needs! They made the whole process so easy and clear to understand. Insurance now a days is so confusing, but they broke down the details for deductible and coinsurance. Gave me a full estimate, and even offered a payment plan if it was too much to do all at once! The people that work there are so nice and caring. It is rare to find medical places that truly care about each patient that walk through their doors. Simplistic is one of the rare! - This is a great company. I have rheumatoid arthritis and am a Paramedic. I injured my ankle while on the job and was not able to work for sometime. I didn't have to wait to be helped and the customer service was great. I was able to find an affordable brace and begin walking again. - I was sent to Simplistic Medical by my orthopedic doctor. The staff was great, were customer service oriented, knowledgeable and informative. Cesily, the ortho fitter, was fantastic!!
